NDSRM Foundation
01. Inspiration from Hire1: Our journey began with the creation of Hire 1. It is a platform where freelance recruiters assist outstanding companies in discovering exceptional talents.
02. Identifying Challenges: As founders of Hire1, we experienced that recruiters face difficulties in sourcing, managing, and placing candidates. Thus, our team noticed that recruiters needed a centralized platform to manage their candidates, jobs, and clients effectively.
03. Creating NDCRM: Inspired by our passion for technology and a desire to address these challenges, we started to develop NDCRM. We are confident, it is a new-generation recruitment platform.
